A year long I went out every week with my camera to make a photograph. These images form series. The meaning of the collection became clear in in the course of the time.

Reorganising the photo's lead to new and different points of view and lead to new images. A new, personal reality emerges.

In the meantime the project developed to 'there are two ways 2.0'. A serie paintings inspired by the essence of the photo images.

art initiative |elders

Liesbeth Bos, Els Snijder and Liesbeth van Woerden are the three artist who have founded art initiative |elders and who are running it an a day to day base.
‘elders’ is the Dutch word for ‘elsewhere’. Artist-run project space |elders is based in the Hague (the Netherlands) but breaks up and moves ‘elders/elsewhere’ at unexpected moments offering contemporary art exhibitions, interventions and artist talks in buildings, shops, offices etc. that are temporary unused.

The art-work itself is in the center of interest.
A small scale, looking attentive away from every day pressure, holding a real conversation are important issues.
